Tungsten Cemented Carbide Plates

Cemented carbide plates (also known as tungsten carbide sheets) are plate materials composed primarily of tungsten carbide powder, with cobalt or other metals serving as binders. Their primary advantages lie in their high hardness and wear resistance, allowing them to withstand high-speed sliding, impact erosion, and corrosive wear for extended periods without significant deformation. Furthermore, they exhibit high thermal conductivity, excellent dimensional stability, and surfaces that are easily reinforced through coating.

Tungsten cemented carbide plates include precision mold inserts, tool liners and guide rails, scraper blades (doctor blades) for printing machinery, yarn guide plates for textile machinery, valve sealing surface liners, corrosion-resistant liners for the chemical industry, and guide plates for PCB drilling.
