Cemented carbide bars are one of the many materials named after the rectangular shape of the plate (or square), also known as cemented carbide rectangular plates, or solid cemented carbide plates.

Cemented carbide bars' production step: Powder→formulation according to the requirements of the use→wet grinding→mixing→crushing→drying→sieving→then adding the forming agent→drying again→sieving to make the mixture→granulation→pressing→forming→low-pressure sintering→forming (blank)→flaw inspection→packaging→warehousing.

Cemented carbide bars have excellent hardness, high hardness, good wear resistance, high modulus of elasticity, high compressive strength, good chemical stability (resistance to acids, alkalis, high temperature oxidation), low impact toughness, low coefficient of expansion, thermal and electrical conductivity similar to that of iron and its alloys.

Cemented carbide bars are characterised by high red-hardness, good weldability, high hardness and high wear resistance and are mainly used in the production and processing of solid wood, density board, grey cast iron, non-ferrous materials, chilled and hardened cast iron, hardened steel, PCB and brake materials. The use of carbide bars should be specifically selected according to the use of the appropriate material.
