High-Precision Tungsten Carbide Guide Dies and Wire Eyelets

High-Precision Tungsten Carbide Guide Dies and Wire Eyelets

Performance Characteristics

l Low Friction Coefficient: The internal bore is polished to a mirror finish, ensuring that wire passes through with minimal resistance, preventing surface scratches or "galling."

l Extreme Wear Resistance: Manufactured from 100% virgin tungsten carbide, these dies offer a service life significantly longer than hardened steel or ceramic guides.

l High Hardness & Stability: Maintains excellent dimensional stability and hardness even under high-speed wire travel and continuous friction.

l Self-Lubricating Effect: The dense molecular structure of the carbide, combined with ultra-smooth polishing, provides a natural "slippery" surface that reduces heat buildup.

l Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to various lubricants and chemical coolants used in wire processing lines.

Detailed Description

Our guide dies are produced using HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) sintering technology, which eliminates internal microporosity and ensures a perfectly uniform structure.

Internal Geometry: The entrance and exit of the bore are engineered with smooth radii (R-angles) to guide the wire into the die without any sharp contact points.

Customization: We offer various shapes, including round, oval, rectangular, and custom-grooved guides based on specific machinery requirements.
