For making end mills

HAO Carbide manufacture tungsten carbide rod since 2009, Including solid carbide rods, tungsten carbide rods with single hole, tungsten carbide rods with double hole and no-standard carbide rod, such as carbide rod with 2 spiral coolant hole(30°)and carbide rod with 3 spiral coolant hole(30°&15°). Tungsten carbide rod also called carbide alloy rod, carbide alloy bar, or tungsten carbide round rod and so on. There are different technique when it comes to manufacture. One is molding rod, another is Extrusion.

 

Today I want to introduce our new updated grade for carbide rod. The grade is best for making end mills.

 

New Updated JZ10F, Bending strength could reach to 3900N/mm2. Best material for making end mills.

Ultrafine grain size 0.8μm, high cobalt content with excellent hardness and toughness, Applicable for end mill, spiral drill. Especially for cutting general steel(HRC＜48), Grey cast iron, stainless steel and heat resistant alloy etc.

Cobalt content:10%, WC content: 90%, Density:14.4~14.5, Hardness:91.8HRA,

TRA: 3900N/mm2, Grain size: 0.8μm.
