Titanium alloy refers to a variety of alloy metals made of titanium and other metals. Titanium is an important structural metal developed in the 1950s. Titanium is a new type of metal. The performance of titanium is related to the content of impurities such as carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen. The purest titanium iodide has an impurity content of no more than 0.1%, but it’s strength is low and plasticity is high. The performance of 99.5% industrial pure titanium is: density ρ=4.5g/cm3, melting point of 1725, thermal conductivity λ=15.24W/(mK), tensile strength σb=539MPa, elongation δ=25%, and section shrinkage Rate ψ=25%, elastic modulus E=1.078×105MPa, hardness HB195.

My clients Y from Koreae, offer me a drawing, firstlt I recomedn tungsten alloy, as you know, tungsten alloy would be the best for weapons, but my clients insitst use Titanium. He said, America low tungsten is  not allowed to using as military weapon. Tungsten alloy can only use for hunting and other civilian aplication. Well, Y left me a problem which beyound my knowledge.  Based his requirements, then I have made a call to our prominent professor which is focus in military reasearch.  Then my professor gave me an option Ti-6Al-4V, which called TC4, confirmed material then I talk to the raw material supply, after reaching then I made a conclusion, TC4 is the best choice.  The I talk to Y.
