Product info

Tungsten carbide balls are also called cemented carbide balls, bearing valve balls, which are used in applications requiring extreme hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion; and are able to withstand hard shocks and impacts. Tungsten carbide balls are made with 6% nickel binder or 9% nickel binder. High hardness and dimensional stability make tungsten carbide balls the preferred choice for precision hydraulic valves, high-load bearings, inertial navigation systems, ball screws, linear bearings in slideways, gauging and checking instruments, and meters. Tungsten carbide balls are also used for ballizing, to work-harden and improve fretting fatigue strength. Besides, Diameter 0.3~0.5mm tungsten carbide balls are ideal for applications where the ballpoint pen.

Grades dimension and surface treatment can be customized according to your requirements.HAO Technologies’ standard material is made of 94% tungsten carbide and 6% cobalt binder, the industry code is C2 tungsten carbide.
